These caramel cookies I make quite often. Really delicious and so easy to make! 🙂
About 30 biscuits
100 g butter at room temperature
1 dl sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon syrup
2 1/2 dl flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
- Divide the dough into two pieces. Roll each piece to a long snake and put them on a baking tray. Not too close because the dough will spread. Flatten the dough a little with your fingers.
- Bake them in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool for a couple of minutes and cut into slices.
