Easy caramel biscuits

These caramel cookies I make quite often. Really delicious and so easy to make! 🙂


Caramel Cookies


About 30 biscuits

100 g butter at room temperature

1 dl sugar

1 tablespoon vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon syrup

2 1/2 dl flour

1 teaspoon baking powder



  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Divide the dough into two pieces. Roll each piece to a long snake and put them on a baking tray. Not too close because the dough will spread. Flatten the dough a little with your fingers.
  3. Bake them in the middle of the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes.
  4. Let them cool for a couple of minutes and cut into slices.
