Red Curry Chicken Chili


Hi 🙂 Hope you are doin well. I am a big fan of Asian food. I made this red curry chicken chili yesterday. Really easy and so delicious.


Red Curry Chicken Chili

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken fillet pieces

2 tablespoons oil

1 onion, chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

2 red chillis, chopped

1 can coconut milk

2 tablespoons red curry paste

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon fish sauce


  1. Heat oil over medium heat in a large saucepan. Add chicken, onion, garlic and chillis and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. Add coconut milk, currypaste, sugar and fish sauce.
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, covered for about 20-25 minutes until chicken is ready.
  4. Serve with rice.
