This is a favourite of ours. So quick and easy! 🙂
600 g beef mince
200 g cream fraiche (sour cream?)
200 g cream cheese
1/2 red pepper
1 small can of sweet corn
Set oven to 200-225 degrees Celsius (392 F)
Chop onion and pepper. Fry the mince in a sauce pan and add taco spices. Add onion,sweet corn and pepper.
Spread cream cheese and sour cream in the bottom of an oven dish. Add the mince mix on top and some nacos.
Place in oven for about 10 minutes. Serve with nachos and salad.
